Refunds & Returns
CREDITS: No credit will be raised until goods are returned to Digitec together with a return authority form. Customer is required to pay for the Freight Cost
RETURNS: No goods may be returned without prior authorization number and original packaging. Where goods have been ordered incorrectly in such cases a 20% handling charge may apply. If returned in a damaged or defaced condition then goods do not qualify for a refund. However if damage is due to manufacturing process then full refund will apply or goods will be replaced promptly with no further charge.
