Digitec has Three Divisions.
SERVICE
The service department provides pre-sales and after sales support on all products sold by Digitec. Customers with SLA is given highest priority. Support includes Phone, Remote Access and Onsite if problem can not be rectified by other means.
We have vendor trained and certified engineers which includes Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, IBM, HP and Cisco.
Our Microsoft certified engineers are highly experienced in configuring and troubleshooting multi server networks which may include Exchange Server, SQL, Antivirus, VPN and Robotic Backup System.
RENTAL
Digitec specialises in short and long term computer rentals. We cater for exhibition, conference and all events requiring setup of temporary office environment.
We have available state of art computers (Desktop and Laptop), Apple Macintosh, Laser Printer (B&W and colour), Copiers and Multi Function Printers.
Our Computers are fully virus checked and thoroughly tested prior to leaving our premises. Our engineers deliver and install all equipment on-site.
All rental equipment is supported on a 24 X 7 on-site basis.
SALES
Our highly skilled Business Development Managers backed by our pre-sales support engineers are all experienced at providing solutions that work the first time every time. Above all our Customers keep coming back due to the simple fact that we "look after" each and every Customer that gives us the opportunity.
We develop " win-win" partnership which is mutually beneficial.
